On the advice line this week, Randy Goldberg, co-founder of Bombas shares a valuable piece of business wisdom:
He encourages entrepreneurs to adopt a “test and learn attitude.” He advises them to take a lot of shots and be willing to fail in lots of small ways on the path to growing their businesses.
I’ve heard this hundreds of times in my conversations on How I Built This and it’s an important lesson for every aspiring entrepreneur to take in:
Don’t be afraid to experiment.
Another way to think about this idea is to test your comfort level.

Creating original videos (writing, recording, getting them edited, posting them) is a challenge. The main challenge is time. I spend dozens of hours in the studio each week conducting AUDIO interviews or recording AUDIO for my different shows. So adding a layer of video on top is next level.
