Saturday is my 50th birthday.
I am really excited to start the second half of my life. And I am feeling incredibly grateful for my wife and kids, my parents, my sisters and brother, my nephews and nieces, my extended family and my friends.
Last week, I shared a few things I’ve learned at this point in my life.
This week, I wanted to reflect on why I am excited about getting older.
I have now been an interviewer for 25 years. And I only now feel like I’m hitting my stride. There is something about putting in the work for so many years that enables a person to feel a sense of mastery over their work and craft. That’s not to say that I am perfect or that I don’t have a LOT more to learn about how I do what I do…its just to say that I feel the results of all that work now.
