Challenging Dilemma? Start With What’s Do-Able

Anyway, I recently had a chance to hear two different founders struggle with two different problems. The solution to both, however, was similar.

I’ll start with the problem and get to the solution in a moment.

The first founder wants to upcycle spent grains used by beer brewers. It takes about a pound of grain to produce a single can of beer. Most of that grain is simply dumped. Some of it is fed to livestock. So instead of wasting it, this founder uses it to produce soft pretzels.

Great idea, right?
